About the SUMMIT Study

Thank you for your interest in the Ascend Study!

The SUMMIT Study will test whether an investigational nasal powder, self-administered via a simple, single-use device, works to improve migraine pain and other symptoms related to migraine.

Migraine can be debilitating and have a negative impact on one’s daily life. Clinical research can help to find safe and effective migraine treatments for everyone.

The study will involve 3 study visits over the course of up to 3 months.

Those who qualify and meet all study eligibility criteria will be trained in the use of the nasal device and in the use of an electronic diary to record their headache attacks. Approximately 1,400 participants will be enrolled, and participants may be compensated for time and travel.

The SUMMIT Study is evaluating a new investigational medicine for the acute treatment of migraines.
